Communication with all homeowners is vital and through our My H&P Web Portal and App we make sure your customer is aware of what they should expect to pay for and when they should be expected to pay for it. A colour coded development master plan is provided to all homeowners with our dedicated factoring team visiting the development regularly to meet with the sales teams and new homeowners to identify their factoring requirements.
