Investing in our people is crucial to Hacking and Paterson Management Services. We place our people at the heart of what we do and offer a host of opportunities to attract and retain the best people in order to ensure that we strive to deliver the best possible customer experience.

We regularly report on the individual successes of our staff – particularly showcasing those who have achieved their Professional Diploma in Property Factoring. We continue to have a number of property factoring staff working towards this qualification and are delighted that – to date – 31 people across our company hold the prestigious membership status of The Property Institute (TPI).

We also continue to develop our in-house training programme to ensure our staff have the right skills and knowledge they need to be effective in their roles and we have employed a dedicated Training Co-ordinator to oversee this important function. Alongside our ongoing inter-departmental training sessions, we have developed an array of bespoke Property Factoring workshops, have offered external in-person and online training courses on a number of important topics and have enjoyed a series of sessions delivered within our offices from some of the contractor companies who provide services to our customers.
