Green Initiative

green initiative

Many will be aware that, over the past few years, we have made ongoing significant improvements to our IT system, aimed at providing our customers with improved information and greater transparency, while also ensuring we continue to meet our corporate social responsibility.

The “My H&P” Web Portal facility also allows our customers to view and amend their personal account details, view their quarterly accounts and view and download copies of any invoices relative to the charges in their quarterly accounts.

With the availability of these facilities, many of our customers already receive their accounts from our company electronically, thereby controlling their account information from their preferred platform.

We are, as a business, mindful of the positive impact the reduction of producing paper accounts has in reducing our carbon footprint and have taken the decision to move our remaining customers from paper billing and correspondence onto electronic invoicing and correspondence.

This project is currently underway and we will continue to update with further phases of this initiative which will allow us to continue to improve efficiency and achieve our aims of making our business even more environmentally friendly.

We would like to thank all our customers for their support in helping us achieve our targets.
