Corporate Social Responsibility Update

corporate social responsibility

As reported last June, we continue to adapt existing procedures and implement new ones to help meet our corporate and social responsibilities, with the aim of working towards making our business even more environmentally friendly.
Our recycling initiative within our offices, where we encourage our staff to actively reduce general waste through more focused recycling, has been a success. With the removal of individual waste bins within each staff office and the introduction of communal recycling stations, our people are helping the company to reduce landfill waste.
Our fully electric zero emission pool cars ensure our staff have access to green vehicles which they can use when visiting our customers’ properties and meeting with customers on site.
Plans are well underway for moving our customers over to paperless correspondence and invoicing. For those customers who have yet to sign up for paperless correspondence and invoicing, we will be in touch shortly with full details on this change. By moving our customers over to paperless correspondence and invoicing, we can further reduce our carbon footprint. We are also exploring suitable alternatives to the desk top printers currently in place throughout our office, with our staff being encouraged to be less reliant on the need for physical printing.
For any customer currently looking to sign up for paperless correspondence and invoicing now, please do not hesitate to contact your factoring team directly. Or why not download the MY H&P app, which provides our customers with greater information about the work we do for you and how this is affecting your property. The MY H&P app also makes it more convenient for our customers to interact with their factoring team.
Download the MY H&P app now from the App Store or Google Play.
