As part of the arrangements in place with our customers, annually we review our management fees for the provision of the core services provided.

Despite the substantial additional costs arising from the COVID-19 Pandemic, coupled with our ongoing investment in areas including improvements to our telephone & I.T. systems, staff welfare & training and continuing commitment to our charitable giving, to continue to support our customers throughout these difficult and challenging times, we are pleased to confirm that there will be no increase to our management fee for the coming year.

Our dedicated team of people at Hacking and Paterson Management Services continue to work remotely from home, remaining available to assist our customers with any communal maintenance and servicing requirements for their property.
