Celebrating Success and Staying Informed with The Property Institute’s New Tool: The Grid

We’re excited to share the launch of The Grid — a brand-new monthly newsletter from TPI (The Property Institute) created to keep professionals and clients across the factoring and property sectors informed, connected, and up to date.

As proud members of TPI, we’re especially delighted that our very own Lynsey Hutchinson is featured in this first edition, having been named this year’s Factoring Award Winner 🎉 A huge congratulations to Lynsey for her outstanding work and well-deserved recognition!

TPI’s The Grid is a brilliant new tool that brings together essential sector news, updates on policy changes, and valuable professional insights—all in one place. It’s designed not only for industry professionals, but for anyone interested in understanding more about the evolving property and housing landscape in Scotland.

💡 Plus, it also provides an easy way for members to log Continuing Professional Development (CPD) time with just a quick quiz at the end of each issue.

👉 You can read the latest issue of The Grid here – the-grid-issue-01-june-2025.pdf

We’re proud to be part of a forward-thinking sector, and to see our team recognised for excellence. We’ll be following The Grid each month—and we encourage our clients and peers to check it out too!
