Success Story – Alastair Buchanan

alastair buchanan

Introducing Alastair Buchanan, Team Manager in our Glasgow Office, as our next success story!

Alastair has ten years of experience working with HPMS, coming to us with a qualification in Business Studies and a background of retail and customer service, along with proficiency in the detail of building construction and repair from his time working within the loss adjuster industry.

Today Alastair leads a team of three Property Managers and together they provide a comprehensive factoring service to a large portfolio of properties in and around the west end of Glasgow. Alastair also makes use of his extensive experience and knowledge by assisting with major repairs projects and enjoys the technical challenges this brings.

Alastair’s goal – along with one day attending the Ryder Cup! – is to have a career that he can look back on with pride and enjoyment, and his recent success at attaining his Professional Diploma in Property Factoring has served as a very significant milestone in this journey.

What he loves most about his job at HPMS is his colleagues and helping them grow professionally, and his focus on continuous learning and improvement ensures that he and his team are best placed to provide the high standard of service to our homeowner customers that is so important to us.
