Success Story – Michelle Campion

michelle campion

Next in our series of HPMS Success Stories, we would like to celebrate Michelle Campion, a Team Manager in our Glasgow Office.

Michelle joined HPMS as an Assistant Property Manager at the very start of 2020, bringing with her over ten years of strong customer service experience and a degree in Business Management and Administration. She was promoted to Team Manager in December 2021 and now manages a busy and varied portfolio of properties, leading her team of two Property Managers.

One of Michelle’s career goals has swiftly been ticked off with her attaining the Professional Diploma in Property Factoring back in March of this year and today she continues to work on being a good team manager, furthering her property factoring knowledge, and is seen to be a strong colleague whom others view as reliable, attentive and helpful.

On looking back over her time at HPMS, Michelle finds that her role is very different to the one she started nearly 4 and a half years ago. She is thankful for the growth opportunities working at HPMS has provided her and makes mention of the continuous support and guidance received from our Associate Factoring Directors – knowledge and assistance Michelle feels is key to being a good team manager.

Michelle’s success is not just limited to her property factoring career; she plays Gaelic Football for the Glasgow Gaels and her team won both the Scottish and British Championships last year, making it all the way to the Ireland Quarter Final. We look forward to Michelle’s continued success – both on and off the field!
