We are delighted to announce the promotion to Team Manager of Chloe Watts and Liam Oliver, both from our Edinburgh office.

Chloe joined us just under 2 years ago, bringing with her impressive skills in administration and customer service, which she has continued to develop while working for HPMS.

Liam has been with the company for over 16 years and has gained a wealth of Property Factoring experience, having worked across various departments within both the Edinburgh and Glasgow teams.

We wish Chloe and Liam all the best in this exciting next step in their HPMS journey.

While Chloe and Liam settle into their new roles, we are pleased to report that the whole Edinburgh team has settled well into their fantastic new office space at Verdant, South Gyle, having made the big move on Friday, 8th September 2023. The move was carried out very smoothly, with expert support particularly given by our Office Facilities and IT partners. With our new office already furnished to a high standard with all the fixtures and fittings we needed in place for our arrival, we are pleased to have been able to donate a large amount of furniture from our old office to local good causes including homelessness charities, the Salvation Army and an organisation helping those disadvantaged by the crisis in Ukraine.

With fresh new surroundings and a skilled and dedicated team, our Edinburgh staff are in an excellent position to continue to provide the best possible service to our homeowner customers.
