At Hacking and Paterson Management Services, our people are at the heart of how our business performs. We believe that investing in our staff will ensure our customers always receive the best customer service. We are committed to a culture of development and progression for our people, providing opportunities to all our staff, and at all levels. Our staff have access to professional qualifications, including the Professional Diploma in Property Factoring, which is designed for individuals working in the Factoring industry to help them deliver a professional and competent service to homeowners. We are delighted that a number of our people have already obtained this qualification this year, with others currently working towards this. A number of our employees have also formed a study group working together towards achieving this qualification. Encouraging our staff to undertake qualifications like this will allow them to develop professionally and will also ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible customer service.

We also continue to invest in our training within the business to ensure our staff have the right skills and knowledge they need to be successful in their roles. Our refresher training courses, and interdepartmental training in particular are well received by employees and give them an opportunity to come together with fellow colleagues from across the business and gain an understanding of different business functions.

The health and welfare of our staff is paramount. Our people, and their families, have access to a health plan, where they can claim back money towards health treatments such as optician appointments and dental check-ups. Employees also benefit from 24/7 access to a GP and telephone counselling services. This benefit allows us to maintain a healthy and motivated workforce, assisting our employees to look after their health and wellbeing. Employees also have access to a rewards portal, where they can gain access to hundreds of offers and discounts for various retailers, restaurants, and insurance companies.
