Managing Director achieves Fellow status

Managing Director achieves Fellow status of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

Hacking and Paterson Management Services is pleased to announce that our Managing Director, David Doran, has been awarded Fellowship of the Institute of Residential Property Management Limited (FIRPM) status.

The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) is the recognised professional body for the property management sector. It provides nationally accredited qualifications, guidance on career pathways and resources to assist property factors within their roles.

IRPM is dedicated to supporting, building and setting the standards of the profession. Fellow (FIRPM) status is only awarded by the IRPM Board of Directors to Members with ten or more years’ current, relevant experience in residential property factoring but importantly who can specifically demonstrate that they have made a significant, exceptional contribution to the development of the sector over and above that made to their own business or employer.

Having joined Hacking and Paterson Management Services in 2003 and appointed Managing Director in August 2019, David continues to share his wealth of knowledge in the property industry with fellow members of IRPM and beyond in the setting and raising of standards across the residential property factoring sector. David is also currently heavily committed to assisting IRPM in creating and providing individuals with a new independent professional accreditation.

The Directors and staff at Hacking and Paterson Management Services wish to pass on their congratulations to David in achieving this meritable status.

David said, “I am delighted to have been awarded Fellowship of such an important industry body and look forward to continuing to promote the industry and help effect improvements in the maintenance of properties for their owners throughout the country.”
