Common Electricity Supplies 2020 Renewal

On behalf of our customers, we engage with Indigo Swan Ltd, an award-winning energy consultancy, to provide our customers with expert support in managing their common electricity supplies in a complex and fast-moving market.

We are confident that Indigo Swan’s expertise, coupled with our position in the factoring industry in Scotland, is, in most cases, achieving significant cost savings for our customers.

Indigo Swan advise that given the turmoil in various markets and uncertainty surrounding a number of national and international events, they have been considering how our customers can best plan for their common electricity needs in the coming months and years. Reviews of the electricity market trends begin considerably in advance of renewal dates and having reviewed the market, Indigo Swan have recommended that our customers agree renewal contracts, for extended fixed terms, now, to take advantage of competitive rates available and reduce the risk of tariff increases.

We are delighted that, as a result of these recommendations, the majority of our customers supplies will see a reduction or renewal on level terms, this being on top of savings achieved for most supplies previously.

Whilst the agreed price changes will not take effect until later in 2020, we are always working to try and help ensure our customers property’s needs are being properly looked after, with our customers well informed of the, sometimes unseen, work we, as your Property Factor, do on their behalf.

If any of our customers would like to discuss how we can help with any other aspect of the management of their property, please contact our Property Factoring Team here.
