Terms of Service and Delivery Standards

scot gov

We reported in November 2017 that the Scottish Government was reviewing the Code of Conduct for Property Factors following its introduction in 2012.

Whilst the consultation ended in January 2018, with the results being published in June 2018, the Scottish Government has yet to publish any revised Code, or lay the same before the Scottish Parliament for its consideration.

Notwithstanding this, and in keeping with our ethos of continued improvement, having considered the responses offered to the revised Code of Conduct, coupled with feedback and views received from our customers, we have reviewed and amended the layout of our existing Terms of Service and Delivery Standards.

We believe the layout changes make our Terms easier to read along with allowing us to populate the documents into our My H&P Web portal, making them easily accessible to all our customers.

To view our Terms of Service and Delivery Standards online, please visit your My H&P Web portal here and if you would like to discuss the service provided to you, you can contact your Property Management Team here too.
