Success Story – Hannah Rowlands

hannah rowlands

Continuing our showcasing of recent TPI exam success stories, we are pleased to celebrate Hannah Rowlands, a Team Manager in our Glasgow Office.

Hannah joined HPMS in September 2021, having just graduated from Edge Hill University with an Honours degree in Psychology, and bringing with her many years of varied administrative and customer service experience. Working initially as an Assistant Property Manager, Hannah quickly became a valuable member of the team as well as being well-respected and popular with her homeowner customers, regularly attending evening committee meetings and AGMs. Along with providing a fantastic level of service to our customers, Hannah is committed to supporting her colleagues and is always eager to share and learn through best practice.

Hannah’s hard work was rewarded this year, not only with her achievement of the TPI Professional Diploma in Property Factoring, but also with a very well-deserved promotion to Team Manager last month.

Hannah now leads a team of 3 Property Managers and together they manage a busy district spanning the Renfrewshire area and comprising a mix of new build and tenement properties.
Those around Hannah would say her greatest strengths include her enthusiasm, professionalism and friendly nature. In addition to this, Hannah is particularly skilled in Microsoft packages, having undertaken the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) course which serves to enhance her organisational skills.

Hannah’s passion for providing quality service to her customers is matched by her passion for animals, having spent her earlier weekends volunteering at the RSPCA assisting with animal rehabilitation and now living on a farm along with many rescue animals including two cheeky ferrets!
