Investing in Excellence

investing in excellence

At Hacking and Paterson Management Services we place our people at the very heart of our business and we are committed to investing in our staff which, in turn, ensures our homeowner customers always receive the best possible service.

Recent news updates have showcased the success of many of our team members in achieving our industry’s official qualification – the Professional Diploma in Property Factoring. To date, 15 of our Property Factoring Team have already obtained this qualification, with a number of others currently working towards it, studying hard for the next exam which takes place in March. We are very excited to report that Susie Robertson, a Team Manager from our Glasgow office, was this week invited to attend The Property Institute’s Annual Seminar in London, where she will be presented with a special award for the “Best Factoring Paper”. We look forward to sharing more details on Susie’s experience of this prestigious event later in the year.

We also continue to invest in our in-house training to ensure our staff have the right skills and knowledge they need to be effective in their roles. Bespoke Property Factoring workshops are being planned, and we are pleased to be inviting external training professionals to our offices to deliver tailored sessions on Personal Safety, Lone Working and People Management. Our successful Inter-departmental Training Programme continues, with sessions being delivered to staff on Insurance, Contractor Management, Electricity and Credit Control to name but a few.

Alongside this supportive working environment and culture of development and progression for our people, we offer attractive benefits and remuneration packages. If you’re as passionate as we are about delivering excellent customer service, we can offer a great place to work, as part of a friendly team of professionals, so please do contact us if you would be interested in joining the HPMS family.
