Hacking and Paterson announce the launch of their secure online payment facility

Hacking and Paterson launched their new secure online payment facility through Sage Pay. Clients will be able to pay their common charges accounts or make rent payments online using their debit or credit card.

To commence making online payments, the client will need their account “REF No” and their “URN” (Unique Reference Number), which homeowners can find at the top left hand corner of their Common Charges Account or at the top centre of their Statement of Account, if the document was issued after 1st February 2013. Tenants can find out their rent account “REF No” and “URN” by telephoning Hacking and Paterson’s Glasgow office on 0141 248 5693.
