Lift Maintenance Inspections and Insurance

zurich

In our earlier news story, we confirmed that as a direct result of the Coronavirus, lift engineering inspections provided by Zurich had ceased in all but essential circumstances.

We are pleased to advise that Zurich have now resumed inspections, and, on the basis that their engineers deem it safe to do so, inspections will proceed as previously arranged.

Where inspections were due in the past 4 weeks, Zurich confirm they will endeavor to undertake these visits in the coming months.

As intimated previously, our Property Management team remain contactable by telephone on their Direct Dial numbers or by email and via the My H&P App and Web Portal.

If you wish to discuss lift inspections or any other aspect pertaining to our factoring of your common property, please don`t hesitate to get in touch.

Please Stay Safe.
