Your personal information is in safe hands

At Hacking and Paterson Management Services we’ve always taken data protection very seriously. We want you to know you can trust us to respect your privacy and keep your personal information safe. Legislation aimed at giving you more control over this is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We see it as a great opportunity to show you exactly what we do with the information you give us permission to have. And in helping us to understand you better, we can enhance your experience with us.

For example, when reporting maintenance issues to us, we might pass your contact details to a contractor to ensure access is available for any works to be undertaken as soon and as accurately as possible.

Our new Privacy Notice takes effect from 25 May 2018. It will tell you exactly what information we collect, how we collect it, what we use it for, who we share it with – and how we will keep it safe.

You don’t have to do anything, but please take a moment now to look at our Privacy Notice. And rest assured, your personal data is in safe hands with Hacking and Paterson.
