Property Managers Association Scotland Appointments

In a continuation of Hacking and Paterson’s long standing commitment to the factoring industry and support of the Property Managers Association Scotland, we are delighted to announce the appointment of our Director Mr Alan Maxwell to the position of President for a period of two years.

Having already previously served as President of the Association, with nearly a decade of involvement in its stewardship, Alan’s appointment by his peers is further recognition of his value to the industry.

In addition to Alan’s appointment as President, David Doran, a Partner of the firm, has accepted an invitation to join the Associations Directorship and will head up the Legislation Sub-Committee, this, reflecting his experience and interest in the legislation governing the property factoring industry.
The Property Managers Association Scotland is the leading Association representing professional property factoring firms in Scotland, their aim being to continually develop and promote excellence in training and service delivery throughout the industry.
