New Account Layout

hpms tv logo

We have recently been issued with guidance from HMRC on how they require vat to be presented to them in our records.

As a consequence of that advice, we have altered the layout of our common charges invoices.
From May 2016, “all disbursements”, i.e. contractors/service supplier invoices, will be shown in our invoices, gross of vat.
All fees charged by Hacking and Paterson Management Services, such as Management and Administration Fees, will still be shown, net of vat with the vat element shown separately in our invoice.
The diagram below and the attached link has been prepared to assist our clients in understanding our new invoice layout.
Please contact our office if any of the foregoing requires further explanation.
