Natalie joined the firm in 2015 as an HR administrator, becoming Head of HR in 2022. In this role, Natalie supports the Board of Directors in the delivery of the HR function within the company. Her areas of expertise include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, maximising attendance, coaching and development, performance management and HR information systems.
Natalie has a degree in Travel & Tourism Enterprise and has also achieved her Certificate in Human Resource Practice. Prior to joining the company, Natalie gained experience in various roles across a range of industries including retail, banking and the public sector.
