Martin re-joined the company in 2021as an Associate Factoring Director overseeing a number of teams in the delivery of property factoring services, having spent the previous 10 years or so as an Executive Director with Newton Property Factors.
Having been involved in the factoring industry for 30 years, Martin has substantial knowledge of both modern and traditionally built properties along with an understanding of Deeds of Conditions and property factoring legislation. He stepped into the role of Head of Training in February 2026, leading and developing the company’s training and development strategy across the business.
