Caelen joined the firm at the end of 2018 as an ambitious Assistant Property Manager, with the goal of helping others at the forefront of his objectives from day one.
With a passion for outstanding customer service and conflict resolution, Caelen excelled in his role and stepped up into a Team Manager position in 2022, handling a diverse property portfolio centred around Glasgow’s West End and Bearsden. Since then, he has supported both groups of homeowners and our colleagues, playing a key role in the development and progression of several team members.
Following his appointment as Associate Factoring Director in March 2026, Caelen now oversees several property factoring teams. Bringing his collaborative approach to our executive team, Caelen aims to support staff across departments, streamline processes, and ensure homeowners continue to receive the highest standards of care. Driven by his genuine desire to help people, Caelen is looking forward to making a positive impact and using his experience and skills to help shape the company’s future.
