Caitlyn joined HPMS in 2022 as a Team Manager from the lettings industry and has predominantly been responsible for managing a wide range of traditional tenements and modern blocks throughout the Southside of Glasgow. During her time as Team Manager, she has had the pleasure of assisting homeowners with vital repairs and maintenance to their properties, as well as being involved in various projects within the business.
One of Caitlyn’s passions is developing staff members and educating homeowners about their responsibilities in relation to common ownership.
Following her appointment as Associate Factoring Director in September 2025, Caitlyn is now responsible for several Property Factoring teams and looks forward to continuing to encourage growth and positivity within the business.
