The Housing (Scotland) Bill was introduced on 26th March 2024 and seeks to make changes in the law in relation to housing – covering protections for tenants, preventing homelessness and other housing matters. The Bill is at Stage 1 of the legislative process and the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee and Social Justice and Social Security Committee are seeking your views on it.
