Success Story – Lauren Caldwell

Lauren Caldwell

Introducing Lauren Caldwell as our next success story!

Lauren joined HPMS as a Property Manager in January 2021, bringing with her a wealth of industry experience from many years working in both property factoring and rental portfolio management roles throughout the east of the country. Lauren’s fantastic customer service skills were identified early in her career through her work within the retail and leisure industries, carried out while she completed her BA degree at Edinburgh Napier University.

Today, as a busy Team Manager in our Edinburgh office, Lauren puts all these skills to daily use, managing a wide and varied portfolio of properties and successfully leading and mentoring her team of three Property Managers.

Last year Lauren spent her spare time studying for her IRPM exam and was delighted to achieve her Professional Diploma in Property Factoring in March; her free time is now taken up with enjoying a wide range of music and football podcasts, being with her new puppy and exploring her newfound passion for Geocaching.
