Since joining HPMS in 2001, Graham spent many years as a Property Manager before becoming Head of Credit Control and utilising his extensive knowledge to assist customers to manage their common charges accounts.
He motivates and manages his experienced team to provide a customer-focused service, working with homeowners to help them manage the financial aspects of their account.
