Where major repairs are required
which may need specialist input we can offer clients the services
of our in-house Building Surveyors. Typically, they will undertake
building surveys, prepare reports with budgeting costs, prepare
tender documents and oversee work undertaken by contractors.
A number of clients employ our Building Surveyors to produce annual
reports on the condition of their property which may include a Planned
Maintenance Programme. From experience we have found that this has
led to long term cost savings by identifying defects at an early
stage and permitting prompt remedial action before defects lead
to greater problems and increased costs.
